What size if the baby isn’t here yet?
Most gift-givers choose newborn for going-home and due-date outfits, then 0–3 months if you want extra wear after the first weeks. Check the size notes on the product you pick.
Will it fit over a nappy without a fight?
Our bodysuits and sleepsuits use easy snaps and a baby-friendly cut so dressing for photos is quick, not a wrestling match.
What if they’re between sizes?
If your little one is between sizes or you’d like a little extra growing room, we’d usually recommend sizing up. More room = more time to enjoy their Cozy. 🐻
I’m buying a gift and don’t know their exact size — help!
Don’t worry! If you’re unsure, we recommend going slightly bigger. Little ones grow quickly, and parents generally appreciate having something beautiful ready for the next size up.
Can I add a name or due date?
Yes — choose personalisation on the product and type the name or date exactly as you want it printed. Double-check spelling before checkout; custom pieces are made for that baby.
How long does a personalised piece take?
Allow extra making time versus a ready print. Order as soon as you know the occasion so it arrives with plenty of time. If you select next day delivery we personalise the same day, standard is between 4-10 working days.
Where will the name be personalised?
We carefully position your personalisation to complement each product beautifully. Placement can vary slightly depending on the style, so it always looks just right.
What if I’m buying it as a gift?

Will it arrive in time for the baby shower?
