Can I return my order?

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order’s dispatch date (or within 14 days for sale items) as long as items are in new, unused condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in original, unaltered Cozy Crew Club packaging (excluding gift-wrapped items).
  • If your item was a gift, we can issue a gift card for the value paid to an email address of your choice.
  • All items in sets or multipacks must be returned in full; we cannot accept partial returns for bundled items.
  • For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items: personalized products, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

If returns do not meet these guidelines, they may be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returns are processed within 10-14 working days.

Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@cozycrewclub.com. Include a photo of the item along with your order number, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
