These terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to www.cozycrewclub.com (the “Website”) which is operated by CSC Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 1106892 and registered office at 3 Redesmere Close, Cheshire, WA15 7EE. For the purposes of these Conditions, “you” shall be the person accessing the website and “we” or “us” refers to Cozy Crew Club. By accessing the Website youagree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the conditions, you should not use or access the website.

1. Objective
The current sales conditions govern the agreement between Cozy Crew Club and the customer that are formalized through our website to purchase Cozy Crew Club products through this website.

2. Recruitment procedure

2.1. Eligibility to purchase
To place an order through the website, the customer must be of legal age (over 18) and should be the final customer. Minors are expressly excluded. If the customer is not registered as a friend of Cozy Crew Club and places an order, the customer will automatically be registered as such in the Cozy Crew Club system. The rights and benefits derived from registration as Cozy Crew Club friends is in the email listing of Cozy Crew Club.

2.2. How to order

To place an order through the website Cozy Crew Club, you must follow these steps:

a) Choose the products you want using our filters and add them to the shopping cart.
b) Pass box.
c) Enter delivery information and payment.
d) Choose the payment method and click “Submit Order”. When you press the “Send Order” on the order form, the customer agrees to fully and without reservation all the conditions of sale which appear on the website at the time of contracting.
e) Make payment via credit card or PayPal.
f) If payment is authorized, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order at the email address specified in our form. It is recommended that customers print and / or save a copy of the Terms of Sale when ordering. A copy of the acknowledgment to the email address of the customer is sent. We recommend you print or download a copy for future reference.
Cozy Crew Club may change the Terms of Sale at any time, without notice to a customer. If an order is canceled for any reason, Cozy Crew Club refund (if applicable) the value of the order. Shipping is never refunded except in certain circumstances or changes in the website. Furthermore, when the customer has received confirmation of receipt of their order from Cozy Crew Club, the terms of sale applicable are the same and cannot be changed.

2.3. Availability of products/design
The completion of an order through the website is subject to the availability of the garments. Cozy Crew Club seeks to ensure that there is stock of all items that are on sale.
If the ordered product is not available or has exhausted its stock, the customer will be informed by email and we will
refund the amount paid no later than 30 days to pay.
Please note each product
may differ in terms of design slightly e.g. edging. All of our product images are requested from our sellers to ensure the best possible results of true likeness, however, we cannot guarantee a 100% display of true likeness.

2.4. Law

Cozy Crew Club reserves the right to reject any order, cancel or not to accept an order confirmed by, among others, the following reasons:
- There was a technical error in pricing or the website when ordered.
- The product contained in the request is not available.
- The payment information provided was inaccurate or unverifiable.
- Security systems indicate that the request is failed, or may be fraudulent.
- There are reasons that indicate that the client is a minor (under 18).
- Cozy Crew Club has been unable, after 3 attempts to deliver the order to the address provided.
If an order is canceled for any of the above reasons, Cozy Crew Club, refund (if applicable) the value of the order. Shipping charges are never refunded except in certain circumstances.

and whether there may be some fraud involved. Regarding the possible fraud, Cozy Crew Club can use a partially automated verification of all purchases to filter those that are considered abnormal or suspicious and suspected fraud. The prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Cozy Crew Club reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, after receipt of order confirmation from Cozy Crew Club, the price paid for this order will not be changed.
Cozy Crew Club advises that despite the meticulous updates that are made to the prices on the site, they may contain errors. All errors displayed on prices will be corrected promptly and not binding on Cozy Crew Club.

3.4. Value Added Tax
To comply with VAT rules applicable under the distance selling, it follows that deliveries
are made in the member state to appear on the delivery address.

This way, all purchases made through the website are subject to VAT. VAT rate will apply in the current legal requirements in the member state where the goods will be delivered in a specific order.
Customers outside the territories where VAT applies: according to the policy of Cozy Crew Club VAT will be charged VAT to customers in the area of

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery: Where and When
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday within the country and according to the stipulated
working hours of delivery to each European country. No deliveries are made on weekends and during local festivals.
Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, to facilitate deliveries, customers
are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where you have someone who can receive the package.

4.2. Delivery

Orders are usuallydelivered to 4 or 8 days and usually meet the deadline, although Cozy Crew Club can not guarantee the timeliness, all orders are delivered in a period of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of order at most. Once order is shipped, the customer receives a notification email
with expected delivery date.

4.3. Verification of receipt
Customer must check the
status of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the customer must not accept delivery. The amount of the purchase and shipping costs are reimbursed to the purchaser when the store has
processed and returned products. Cozy Crew Club reported that the delivery must
be verified in a reasonable time after receipt. In case you have not received any rejection of the products within 30 days of delivery, Cozy Crew Club considers that the customer has accepted the same. This does not affect customer's right of return or exchange on an order as provided in Shipping & Returns section.

5. Conditions for Promotional codes

5.1. Use Of Codes
When using promotional
codes according to their terms and conditions apply to a single discount on the purchase of a single product or a discount on an order in the period indicates the coupon code.

Promotional codes are personal and not transferable. can only be used for purchases
made on the Website. Customer may not sell, trade or assign promotional codes. The promotional code can not be loaded or show through websites or other means to make public offerings, gifts, sales or other exchanges. Promotional codes can not be used for commercial purposes.
Promotional codes can not be exchanged for money.

Can only use one coupon code per order. Promotional codes can not be combined with any other offer or special promotion.

Cozy Crew Club has no obligation to reissue or make refunds of promotional codes. However, if Cozy Crew Club decides at its sole discretion to reissue or make a return of the promotional codes, would be necessary to present the Customer coupon code. Therefore, the customer should always keep a copy of the promotional code, without which there could be reissued or make a return.

right to cancel a coupon code immediately if you suspect that it is used in violation of any of the above, is used in any way incorrect or if you give reasons to abort weight.

We have made every effort to display the coloursof our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual
colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot accept
responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser
software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on Cozy Crew Club's website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described on the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
All sizes and measurements are approximate;
however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as
possible. Every effort has been made in order to ensure that all
details, descriptions and prices of Products are correct at the time
when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

1.1 By previewing and confirming your personalised product on the Cozy Crew Club website, you acknowledge and agree that the font, thread colour, and any other custom details displayed in the preview are correct and as per your selection.
1.2 Once the personalisation process has been confirmed and commissioned, no changes can be made. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before proceeding with the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel or return. As each product is customised to your specifications, it cannot be resold. Therefore, once your order has been processed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
2.2 By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you understand and accept that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Production and Delivery
