The personalisation is beautiful

The embroidery is so neat and makes it feel really special. It doesn’t look cheaply added on like some personalised products I’ve bought before. Such a lovely keepsake.

So soft against baby’s skin

The material is incredibly soft and gentle. My baby has sensitive skin, but we’ve had no issues at all. It feels really comfortable and premium.

Looks even better in person

I loved it on the website, but it’s even nicer in real life. The colour is gorgeous, the quality is amazing, and the little details make it feel so special.

True to size

I wasn’t sure which size to order, but the sizing was accurate and the fit is perfect. There’s enough room for movement without it looking oversized.”

Washed perfectly

I’ve washed this several times now and it still looks brand new. The fabric hasn’t lost its softness, the shape has stayed the same, and the personalisation is still perfect

Perfect for gifting

I sent this directly as a new baby gift and the parents absolutely loved it. It arrived beautifully presented and looked much more expensive than the price.

Comfortable enough for all day

My little one wore this all day and seemed so comfortable. The fabric is soft, nothing feels restrictive, and it still looked lovely by the end of the day.

Definitely worth the price

I was debating whether to order, but I’m so glad I did. The quality is noticeably better than cheaper alternatives and it feels like something that will last.

Gets compliments every time

We’ve had so many people ask where this is from. It looks adorable on, feels lovely, and is different from the usual baby clothes you see everywhere.

Already ordered another

I was so impressed when it arrived that I immediately ordered another colour and the next size up. It’s quickly become one of our most-used baby items.

Questions about sizing, shipping, or names...

We’ve answered the questions parents, grandparents and gift-givers ask most.

What size if the baby isn’t here yet?

Most gift-givers choose newborn for going-home and due-date outfits, then 0–3 months if you want extra wear after the first weeks. Check the size notes on the product you pick.

Will it fit over a nappy without a fight?

Our bodysuits and sleepsuits use easy snaps and a baby-friendly cut so dressing for photos is quick, not a wrestling match.

What if they’re between sizes?

If your little one is between sizes or you’d like a little extra growing room, we’d usually recommend sizing up. More room = more time to enjoy their Cozy. 🐻

I’m buying a gift and don’t know their exact size — help!

Don’t worry! If you’re unsure, we recommend going slightly bigger. Little ones grow quickly, and parents generally appreciate having something beautiful ready for the next size up.

Can I add a name or due date?

Yes — choose personalisation on the product and type the name or date exactly as you want it printed. Double-check spelling before checkout; custom pieces are made for that baby.

How long does a personalised piece take?

Allow extra making time versus a ready print. Order as soon as you know the occasion so it arrives with plenty of time. If you select next day delivery we personalise the same day, standard is between 4-10 working days.

Where will the name be personalised?

We carefully position your personalisation to complement each product beautifully. Placement can vary slightly depending on the style, so it always looks just right.

What if I’m buying it as a gift?

Even better! Personalisation turns a beautiful gift into something that feels truly thoughtful and one-of-a-kind — perfect for new babies, birthdays, baby showers and special milestones.

Will it arrive in time for the baby shower?

Standard dispatch covers most gifts if you order with a little buffer. Need it for a due date this week? Choose the next day option at checkout and skip last-minute supermarket runs.

Does it look gift-ready out of the box?

Yes — outfits arrive neat and presentable, so you can hand them over without extra wrapping drama unless you want a bow. Select our gift-box option at checkout and we will neatly pack and take care of the rest.

Does my parcel come with a receipt or prices inside?

No — we never include receipts or pricing inside our parcels. So if you’re sending your order straight to someone special, there’s no need to worry about them seeing how much you spent. Perfect for gifting. 🎁

Can I send my order directly to the recipient?

Of course! Simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and we’ll send it straight to them. With no pricing or receipt included in the parcel, it’s ready to surprise them.
