Yes. Founded in 2022 by Conor Jaafari, Cozy Crew Club is registered at Project House, Dallimore Road, Manchester M23 9NX.

What’s a good personalised gift for a newborn?

Our best seller is the Boucle Baby Bear Personalised Gift Box (£55): an organic cotton blanket and a boucle romper embroidered with the baby's name, plus a beanie, slippers and a handwritten card, gift-boxed.

How long does personalisation take?

Allow 4–10 working days on standard delivery. UK Next Working Day orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are personalised and dispatched the same day.

Can I return personalised baby clothes?

Personalised items are made to order, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days, or 60 days for orders placed 1 Nov–24 Dec 2026.

Do you deliver to Ireland, Europe and the US?

Yes. Ireland and most EU countries: €6.95, free over €75, 5–8 days. US: $6.95, free over $80, 5–8 days. Duties are included at checkout for most destinations.

Are your baby clothes organic?

Some are. Gift-box blankets are 100% organic cotton, and our bamboo sleepsuits and pyjamas are GOTS certified (licence no. CU 87858) and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified (certificate no. OE 765654). The Bear Tracksuit is 100% cotton and most boucle rompers are cotton and polyester blends.
