When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. If you choose to have your blanket(s) embroidered, there is an additional 4-10 business day lead time on embroidery in addition to the normal order processing time (3-5 business days). During promotions, sales, or other events, shipping and embroidery times may take longer than the typical 3-5 business days.

We offer a variety of shipping options through multiple shipping providers including Evril , DX Secure and DHL. All of our shipping methods include a tracking number.

How do I get free delivery?

It's easy spend over £65 and get FREE UK SHIPPING on every order!

When will my order be delivered?

If you select the standard UK delivery service, the delivery aim is 7 working days but we do ask customers to allow up to 7 working days for
delivery.

If you select the Express/Next Day/Saturday service,
deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the day stated when you choose your delivery type. (Next day delivery is available if ordered before
11am Monday-Thursday).

How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history.

How are products personalised?

Most of our products are personalised using embroidery. It provides a much better effect than the print alternatives and creates a permanent effect on the items improving their appearance.

Can I provide a gift message?

Yes, during purchase of a gift card there is an option to add a message or on the cart page you will have a box available for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were
out' card where you will have the option to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery and the parcel has been left at the depot for over
1 week, your order will be returned to us. In these cases Cozy Crew Club reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we
incur.

What if I no longer require the order or need to exchange?

If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless there is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do deliver outside of the UK. If you select your products as normal and then in the shipping section of the checkout, please change the country to your preferred location.

Orders to Europe normally take 4-7 working days to arrive.

Orders outside of Europe normally take 5-10 working days to arrive.

I would like to make a change to my order.

If you would like to amend your order, email us at info@cozycrewclub.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.

Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 30 minutes as your order may already be in production.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Please contact info@cozycrewclub.com or our Live chat with photos of the fault and your order number, we will then be able to rectify this for you.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations & Timing
We deliver Monday to Friday, worldwide, within regular business hours. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, although international orders may vary depending on your location. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, please allow up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Address Accuracy
To avoid delays or missed deliveries, please double-check your address and postcode at checkout. Cozy Crew Club cannot be held liable for orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Receipt Verification
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, do not accept the package. Contact us immediately, and we’ll guide you through the return process. We consider deliveries accepted 30 days after receipt unless otherwise notified.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are based on location and order volume and will be calculated at checkout. Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to areas requiring customs pre-payment.

Returns Policy

Returning Non-Compliant or Cancelled Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us and initiate a return. Non-personalized items may be returned if the order is cancelled before shipment. For personalized items, cancellations may be accepted if the customization process has not begun.

General Returns (30-Day Right of Return)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return any unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of delivery. Simply ensure:

  • The product is in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Components sold as pairs (e.g., mittens or booties) are returned together.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as Cozy Crew Club is not liable for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order
