We offer free exchanges to customers living within the UK
We hope you adore everything you receive from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and 30 days to send it back to us. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
🧸 Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags and security ribbons attached.
🚫 Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
📦 If an item doesn’t meet our return requirements upon inspection, it will be sent back to you via a 2nd class postal service.
🌍 Only items purchased directly from our website can be returned—we cannot accept returns for items bought elsewhere.

We do offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please apply via our exchange portal here.
UK Returns
To start your return, follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Visit our RETURNS PORTAL and log in with the same email used for your order.
2️⃣ Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason (this helps us improve!).
3️⃣ Choose your preferred returns courier.
4️⃣ Our return options are printer-free! You’ll receive a QR code that can be scanned at any drop-off location. If you prefer, you can also request a label to print yourself.
5️⃣ Drop your parcel off, and you’re all set!
A £2.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
International Returns
Our returns portal isn’t available for international orders just yet, but don’t worry—we’re working on it!

FAQ
Can I return my order?
We’re happy to accept returns as long as items are in new, unused condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original, unaltered Cozy Crew Club packaging (excluding gift-wrapped items).
- If your item was a gift, we can issue a gift card for the value paid to an email address of your choice.
- All items in sets or multipacks must be returned in full; we cannot accept partial returns for bundled items.
- For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items: personalized products, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
If returns do not meet these guidelines, they may be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returns are processed within 10-14 working days.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@cozycrewclub.com. Include a photo of the item along with your order number, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
