Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Cozy Crew Club handles all duties and import costs — there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. The price you pay at checkout is all you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships with a USPS tracking number sent straight to your email. You can track live on usps.com or via the USPS mobile app. We also send delivery updates at each stage.
Do you deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Because we ship via USPS, we can deliver to PO boxes and all US territories including APO and FPO military addresses.
How long does personalization add to my order?
Personalized orders are typically processed within 1 business day before being handed to USPS. We recommend ordering at least 10 days before you need it for gifts — or upgrade to Priority shipping for peace of mind.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First check your tracking link — USPS occasionally shows a 1-day delay in updates. If your order is more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us at info@cozycrewclub.com and we'll sort it out for you right away.
