What is this?

It’s our way of giving you a virtual
cuddle (and some serious perks!). You’ll earn points for doing lovely things
like shopping, referring your mum friends, and more. Collect points, unlock
rewards, and enjoy those cozy savings.

Who can join?

Any member of our Cozy Crew Club! If
you’ve got an account, you’re in — simple as that.

How do I earn points?

Oh, it’s easy!
You’ll earn points when you:

●     Treat yourself to a little shop
●     Refer your fellow mums (sharing
is caring, after all)
●     Do other fun activities!

 Want to see all the ways to earn? Just
head to the Earn Points tab.

How do I view my point balance?

Pop over to our loyalty page (when
you’re logged in) and you’ll see your points balance right at the top — ready
and waiting for you to spend!.

How do I redeem mypoints?

Head to the Redeem Points tab to see all your reward options. Got enough
points? Go ahead and claim your cozy treats.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Nope! Collect as many as you like. The
more points, the more cozy perks.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: Ready to spend right away —
yay!

Pending: Just waiting to be confirmed
(this usually happens with new purchases or referrals).

Cancelled: These points won’t be added
to your account (usually if an order was cancelled or returned).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

If your referred friend cancels or
returns their order, those pending points will sadly be cancelled too. No hard
feelings — it happens!

Why did my account balance go down?

Most likely because you (or your
referred friend) cancelled or returned an order. Your balance will adjust
automatically.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Sometimes it takes a little while for
your points to appear (tech can be a bit sleepy sometimes). Give it a moment,
and if they’re still missing, reach out to us.

Can I use my pointsduring checkout?

Not directly — but you can redeem points for a voucher, which
you can then use at checkout for that instant cozy saving.

How do I leave the program?

Oh no! If you really want to leave,
just contact us and we’ll remove you from the program. But do note, you’ll lose
any points you’ve collected.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

We’ll always welcome you back with
open arms! Just get in touch and we’ll re-enrol you. But fair warning — your
points will start from zero again.
