If an eligible issue occurs, our team will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution in line with the Parcel Protection terms.
Parcel Protection is optional and must be added to your order before checkout. If Parcel Protection is not selected, your order will not receive the additional benefits or enhanced cover provided by this service, and any delivery issue will instead be handled under our standard delivery policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Parcel Protection cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been placed.

Extended 60-Day Christmas Returns
Order between 1 November and 24 December 2026 and you can return or exchange eligible items within 60 days of delivery, so there's plenty of time after Christmas. Orders outside these dates have our standard 30 days. Simply return your items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with hang tags attached.
