Gift now, return in the new year
Christmas shopping starts early, and the wrong size shouldn’t spoil the surprise. That’s why we’ve extended our returns window for the festive season.
Eligible orders placed from 1 November 2026 can be returned or exchanged until 15 January 2027. If your order is delivered later in December, you still get our full 30 days from delivery, so you always get whichever window is longer.
What’s included
Eligible for extended returns
Our extended Christmas returns cover most of the range, including discounted items bought in our Black Friday event.
- Non-personalised clothing, sleepwear and pyjamas
- Accessories, including socks, hats and bags
- Blankets and swaddles without personalisation
- Eligible gift sets, returned complete
Not included
A few items can’t be returned under this offer. Your statutory rights still apply, so faulty items are always covered.
- Personalised products: made especially for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Final clearance and sample sale items: items clearly marked as final clearance or sample sale when you bought them.
How to return
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all hang tags attached.
- UK: start your return or exchange on our returns portal. You’ll get a printer-free QR code to use at a drop-off point. Our usual £2.50 returns fee is deducted from your refund.
- International: send your items to Cozy Crew Club, Project House, Dallimore Road, Manchester, M23 9NX, United Kingdom. Return postage is at your own cost.
- Refunds: made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Which orders qualify?
Orders placed on cozycrewclub.com from 1 November 2026, including everything bought in our Black Friday event.
How long do I have to return?
Until 15 January 2027, or 30 days from delivery if that’s later.
Are Black Friday and sale items included?
Yes. Discounted items bought in our Black Friday event are included. Only items clearly marked as final clearance or sample sale are excluded.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. You can exchange for a different size, colour or item, subject to stock, through our returns & exchanges portal.
Can I return personalised items?
Personalised items are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
What if it was a gift?
If your item was a gift, we can issue a gift card for the value paid instead of a refund to the original payment method.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
Does this affect my statutory rights?
No. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email returns@cozycrewclub.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll put it right.
